The Department of International Logistics was established in 2011, to develop outstanding graduates ready for a career in the global logistics industry. Our undergraduate program covers an extensive range of subjects in logistics, maritime studies, operations management, and aviation logistics.
The program is delivered by a distinguished faculty from around the world dedicated to combining academic excellence and real-world experience. In order to lessen the gap between academic theory and industrial practice, we have invited major logistics companies in Korea (현대글로비스 (Hyundai Glovis), CJ 대한통운 (CJ Korea Express); 판토스 (Pantos), and 롯데로지스틱스. (Lotte Logistics) to partner with us in our undergraduate program.
We regularly arrange fieldtrips both locally and internationally to augment the student learning process and offer internships with a wide range of companies. Students also have access to numerous scholarships, and opportunities for overseas study with partner Universities.
Our research focus is about creating new knowledge and developing streamlined solutions for industry and society at large, enabling the world to work in a more effective manner. Every year, our faculty members undertake government funded research projects and actively participate in collaborative research with other academic institutions both in Korea and internationally.
